Sync Technology Solutions PLC is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. Youโll be the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for both our internal teams and clients.
๐ Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely solutions
- Install, configure, and update company systems and devices
- Monitor and maintain local networks and cloud-based services
- Respond to service requests and log support activities in the ticketing system
- Assist in setting up new user accounts and workstations
- Work closely with other departments to identify and resolve recurring IT challenges
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or system administration
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking
- Familiarity with cloud services like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc.)
- IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft)
- Fluency in both English and Amharic
